The other night, I was pouring myself some soda. I held the bottle at a right angle with the nozzle resting on the edge of the cup. So, I get this bright idea to slam the cap on without moving the bottle instead of standing the bottle upright while I did it.
When I got it stopped, I exclaimed “See BP, this is how you stop a leak!”.
Then the bottle slipped out of my hand, fizzing everywhere, getting all over me, the oven, the floor, the sink, and the counter.
Whoever said “Art Imitates Life” should’ve cleaned my kitchen for me.
