The reason I don’t watch romantic movies is they create a highly unreachable standard.
Realistically with every aspect/facet/variable life has to offer… that unconditional, extremely focused, love doesn’t and cannot exist.
So being someone of intense imagination, I know myself well enough that I will only walk away from the movie feeling like a needy sissy girl.
SISSY BABY GIRL.
Thus, I don’t jump at the chance to watch a romantic movie.
