  • Mets fans telling us Yankees fans that the Yankees choked
  • because the Mets have had relevant playoff baseball experience in the years between 2000 and the present
  • while the Yankees only didn’t have relevant playoff baseball experience in 2008
  • and are those Mets fans still enjoying that 1986 World Series trophy
  • because they choked in 2000
  • and in those two separate seasons when the Marlins ended their regular season by knocking them out of playoff contention
  • and oh yeah, how’s that investment going with Bernie Madoff
  • and that half-empty stadium?
  • Okay, that was unnecessarily brutal, so I’ll end it by saying
  • Let’s go Mets!

It’s alright, you’re allowed to be upset.

Later on, we can list the 196 million reasons why Mets fans love it when the Yankees get knocked out of the playoffs.
